Refund and Cancellation Policy – Fortune AI Solutions.

By completing a Transaction on our Platform, you acknowledge that you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with Fortune AI Solutions to purchase the selected product and/or service.

After completing the Transaction, cancellations are generally not permitted unless specifically provided for on the Platform. If cancellation is permitted for a particular product or service, it will be subject to the specific terms mentioned at the time of purchase.
We reserve the sole right to approve or reject any cancellation requests. We may request additional information from you before making a decision on any cancellation request.


Refund Eligibility

Once you have received access to the product and/or service, you may request a replacement or refund only under the following conditions:

  • The product and/or service does not match the description provided on the Platform.
  • There is a verified fault or deficiency with the product or service.

Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of the Transaction. Any requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Raise a support ticket via our Platform, or
  • Contact us at fortuneaisolutions@gmail.com with the following details:
    • Clear and specific reason for the refund request
    • Reference to the exact terms or descriptions violated
    • Supporting evidence (if required)

All refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Fortune AI Solutions. We may require additional details before approving any refund request.


Important Notes:

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Partial refunds or credits may be issued where applicable, based on the nature of the claim.
  • Transaction fees (if any) may not be refundable unless explicitly stated.
